Robert Half is seeking a Contract Specialist to join a dynamic Legal Team supporting the review, negotiation, and administration of high-volume commercial agreements. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in contract management, legal operations, technology procurement, commercial contracting, or paralegal work who thrive in fast-paced corporate environments.

$40-$55/hour

Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

What You'll Do

✅ Review and analyze Statements of Work (SOWs), Work Orders, Change Requests, Change Orders, and Amendments

✅ Ensure contract documentation aligns with existing Master Services Agreements (MSAs)

✅ Identify and flag non-standard terms, contractual risks, and unauthorized changes

✅ Review and process NDAs, MSA amendments, and contract modifications

✅ Coordinate internal legal and business approvals throughout the contract lifecycle

✅ Partner closely with Legal, Procurement, Operations, and Business stakeholders

✅ Maintain contract records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

✔️ 3+ years of experience reviewing and managing commercial contract documentation

✔️ Experience within a technology company, IT services organization, consulting firm, managed services provider, or technology procurement environment strongly preferred

✔️ Paralegals with significant contract review experience are encouraged to apply

✔️ Strong understanding of commercial contract terminology, legal concepts, and risk identification

✔️ Experience reviewing NDAs, amendments, SOWs, and MSA-related documents

✔️ Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and stakeholder management skills

✔️ Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
