What You’ll Be Doing
- Review, draft, and redline commercial agreements
- Assess contractual language, legal exposure, and business risk
- Develop practical alternative language for problematic provisions
- Advise on indemnification, liability, IP, confidentiality, privacy, warranties, termination, and related terms
- Provide legal approval and contract interpretation
About You
- JD required
- Active U.S. law license in good standing
- Deep commercial contracting and negotiation expertise
- Strong independent risk assessment and practical legal judgment
- In-house or regulated-industry experience preferred
