Job Description
- Welcome customers into the store and provide attentive, friendly, and professional assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Help customers select suitable eyewear, including lenses, frames, and other optical products, based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Explain product features, specifications, benefits, prices, and available options clearly to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Work toward monthly sales goals by identifying customer requirements, recommending appropriate products, and contributing to overall store performance.
- Monitor stock availability, check inventory levels, and ensure optical products are arranged neatly and available for customers.
- Follow up on quotations, pending orders, customer inquiries, and potential purchases to improve sales conversion and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-organized store, ensuring product displays are properly arranged and presented.
- Support daily retail activities and coordinate routine store tasks to maintain efficient operations and a smooth customer experience.
Job Details Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; candidates currently pursuing a university degree or holding higher education are also encouraged to apply.
- At least two years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or another customer-facing position.
- Previous experience in an optical store, eyewear shop, or related retail business is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and explain products effectively.
- A customer-focused attitude with a friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
- Basic understanding of retail operations, inventory handling, product presentation, and daily store procedures is beneficial.
