Coordinator IT Support instashop

The Coordinator IT Support will be responsible for managing a detailed inventory of the Companys hardware assets and keeping the inventory sheets updated. Furthermore the Coordinator IT Support interacts with the various suppliers and vendors in order to coordinate and track the asset allocation and hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.

• Plan and monitor the distribution of hardware assets
• Maintain records of hardware and licenses
• Configure troubleshoot and maintain hardware and ensure IT processes are met before allocating to the vendors
• Utilize remote access tools to resolve issues
• Maintain a close relationship and coordinate with suppliers and Telecom providers for procurement of assets

Qualifications :

• Adequate command of excel
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently or in groups
