4+ years in a techno-functional Microsoft role - demonstrated pattern of gathering requirements from business stakeholders and building the solution, not just documenting it
Independent, architecture-level command of Copilot Studio, not configuration-level familiarity. Per actual interview feedback (see Candidate Review), the bar is being able to clearly explain and apply: agent orchestration, topics, actions/tools, agent flows, grounding, integrations, error handling, security, and production deployment considerations. "Built and configured AI agents" on a resume is not sufficient evidence of this on its own - it can just as easily describe BA-level configuration work.
SharePoint Online content structures (this is what the 19 agents are grounded in)
Power Platform
Requirements elicitation specifically with senior, non-technical business stakeholders who are not primarily invested in the project - i.e., can run a workshop and extract a usable spec from a busy, disengaged executive
Test design - can write a held-out evaluation set that would actually catch a wrong or low-quality agent output, not just a happy-path demo script
Professional Arabic and English - proven ability to draft and review formal/technical Arabic content (ministry correspondence templates, terminology glossaries), not just conversational fluency
Certifications:
PL-200 required, or equivalent
AB-410 and/or the Applied Skills credential "Create agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio" - strong fits; client will fund either if not already held
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Energy, LNG, or government delivery experience in Qatar or the wider Gulf
Experience running a user enablement program or Center of Excellence
OCR (optical character recognition) or document verification work
