Role Description

The Corporate Account Manager - Bilingual (Arabic & English) is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. This position is responsible for managing and growing key corporate accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for Arabic- and English-speaking clients. Day-to-day tasks include building strong client relationships, understanding client needs, coordinating premium lifestyle and concierge services, and ensuring all requests are handled promptly and professionally. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to design tailored solutions, monitoring account performance, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention. The Corporate Account Manager will also support new business initiatives, contribute to service improvements, and represent Quintessentially's brand standards in all client interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management and account management skills, with experience handling corporate clients or high-net-worth clientele.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, including the ability to prepare clear proposals, reports, and professional correspondence.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple client requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Service-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and tailored solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners to coordinate complex services and events.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and cultural awareness when dealing with confidential information and diverse client profiles.
• Proficiency in standard business software tools (e.g., CRM systems, MS Office or equivalent) to manage accounts and reporting.
• Relevant experience in luxury services, hospitality, corporate services, or concierge environments is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
