Corporate Associate Attorney

A Vault 20–ranked firm with a nationally recognized private equity practice seeks a 3rd–5th year corporate associate to join its Private Equity/M&A Group in Washington, D.C.

The role focuses on representing private equity sponsors in the acquisition and disposition of portfolio companies, working on sophisticated middle-market and large-cap transactions alongside an established private equity team.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of large law firm corporate experience
