Are you an experienced Corporate Legal Assistant looking to join a collaborative and fast-paced legal team? We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to support attorneys handling corporate transactions, business matters, and related legal work.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a deadline-driven environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering exceptional client service.

What You'll Do

• Manage complex attorney calendars, scheduling, and client communications
• Prepare, revise, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports
• Support corporate transactions, closings, entity formations, and governance matters
• Maintain electronic and physical client files
• Assist with billing, time entry, and administrative support functions
• Create reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office
• Coordinate document compilation and execution processes
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of legal assistant experience, preferably supporting corporate attorneys
• Experience with corporate transactions, business organizations, or corporate governance documentation
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with document management systems
• Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Highly Preferred

• Experience supporting both corporate and litigation attorneys
• Exposure to transactional work, litigation support, or a hybrid practice environment
• Bachelor's degree or related education preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 annually

Benefits: Package including health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k).
