Job Description
Leading Financial Organizations is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal Secondee for a 3 month period to join their Global Legal Entities team.
Scope of Work

Title: Corporate Paralegal (contract)

Location: Hybrid (Purchase, NY)
Hours: 40 Hours / Week :
Duration: 3 Months
Pay Rate: $60 - $85 / hr ($120,000 - $170,000 annualized)
The secondee will act as a primary resource for the Corporate Law Department, ensuring accurate and timely corporate governance and compliance operations.
Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining subsidiary records and corporate books, drafting resolutions and annual meeting documentation, facilitating director/officer life-cycle events, and partnering with Finance, Tax, and HR teams to address legal requests and banking/KYC documentation.
* The role also involves managing organizational charts, audit inquiries, and identifying process improvements via AI tools.
Expectations:
* The secondee will be expected to have had 3+ years' experience in corporate paralegal work, specifically in entity management, corporate governance, and high-volume document management within an in-house or law firm environment.
Location & Duration
Preference is given to candidates that can accommodate a hybrid full-time schedule, with a minimum of three days per week in the Purchase, NY office.
