Contextual Overview

Lyra Ship Management, a Dubai‑based international investment holding company, is hiring a Corporate Services Manager to lead global entity formation, governance, and ongoing compliance for its worldwide portfolio of subsidiaries and special purpose vehicles.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.), Corporate Governance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5years of hands‑on experience in corporate secretarial work, global entity management or corporate services.
• Proven expertise in UAE corporate set‑up (DET, DIFC, ADGM, Free Zones) and major offshore/on‑shore jurisdictions (UK, Europe, BVI, Cayman Islands, Singapore, etc.).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Lead end‑to‑end incorporation of new subsidiaries and SPVs across multiple jurisdictions.
• Maintain the global corporate portfolio ensuring all entities remain in good standing.
• Oversee trade‑license renewals, annual return filings, statutory registers, board resolutions, shareholder agreements, PoAs and share transfers.
• Centralize audit‑ready corporate records and manage international document legalization (attestation, apostille, notary).
• Serve as primary liaison with external registered agents, corporate service providers, law firms and regulatory authorities; negotiate terms and review service fees.
