Our courier company in El-Ain is seeking a dedicated and reliable Courier Assistant to join our team. As a Courier Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our couriers in delivering packages and documents to various locations in a timely and efficient manner. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers or non-English speakers as no language proficiency is required. However, candidates must possess basic communication skills and be physically fit to handle the demands of the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist couriers in loading and unloading packages onto delivery vehicles
• Accompany couriers on delivery routes and help with navigation
• Collect payment from customers when required
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on delivery status
• Assist with general warehouse duties, such as sorting packages and organizing inventory

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy packages repeatedly throughout the day
• Basic communication skills in English or Malayalam for effective customer interaction
• Valid driver's license preferred but not required
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, along with free visa and ticket for selected candidates. Accommodation will not be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for Malayalees or Filipinos looking to start their career in the courier industry.
