With an experience of over 11 Years, our clients have a keen eye for perfection which has led them to be a partner studio with two of the biggest fashion e-commerce websites in India, Myntra and Jabong. E-commerce clienteles consist of LP, Beyoung, Levis, Vastrado, R&B, BHPC, Allen Solly, Tanishq, Titan, Pepe jeans, Aldo, Pretty Secrets and many more. We now have 3 studios in Mumbai, Bangalore & Delhi.

About the Role

Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout)

Qualification Required: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field experience

Probation: 3 months

Working Days: 6 days (Monday to Saturday)- 10AM to 7PM

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Creative Director to lead the creative development of brand campaigns, advertising projects, and integrated communication.

The ideal candidate should come with strong experience working in an advertising agency or creative agency environment and be comfortable owning projects from the initial client brief and pitch stage through concept development, presentation, production, execution, and final delivery .

What We Are Looking For

• Strong professional experience within a reputed advertising agency, creative agency, digital agency, or integrated communications agency .
• Prior experience in a Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, Group Creative Director, Senior Art Director , or similar senior creative role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual advertising campaigns and high-quality execution.
• Proven experience working on pitches and presenting creative ideas to clients.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, advertising, design, digital content, social media, photography, and film.
• Experience taking campaigns from brief → concept → pitch → production → post-production → final delivery .

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with established consumer, fashion, lifestyle, jewellery, beauty, retail, luxury, or similar brands will be an advantage.
• Experience directing or supervising photography and film productions.
• Exposure to integrated campaigns spanning brand films, digital films, key visuals, social media, print, outdoor, retail, and digital communication .

Familiarity with emerging AI-enabled creative workflows and an interest in using new technology to enhance the creative process would be valuable.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is not only an idea person, but also an execution person .

The right candidate should be equally comfortable:

• sitting with a client and understanding a brief,
• developing the central campaign idea,
• building and presenting a pitch,
• guiding the team on art direction and communication,
• working with production teams to bring the idea to life,
• attending shoots or supervising execution,
• reviewing edits and final assets,
• and taking responsibility for the overall creative quality of the finished campaign.

The person should have the maturity to lead clients and teams, the curiosity to constantly explore new creative possibilities, and the ability to turn strong ideas into work that is both creatively memorable and commercially effective.
