What we’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience withBitrix24
- Experience withZoho CRM & Zoho Books
- CRM setup, pipelines, workflows and automations
- Zoho CRM → Bitrix24 migrations
- QuickBooks → Zoho Books migrations
- Excel/CSV/database imports, mapping and data cleanup
- Experience with other CRMs such asPipedrive, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc. is a plus
- Understanding ofAPIs, webhooks and third-party integrations
- Ability to troubleshoot migration, automation and integration issues
- Able to understand client requirements and handle implementations fromsetup through go-live

Role Description
TheCRM Implementation & Migration Specialist — Bitrix24 + Zoho is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore.
The role includes:
- Implementing and customizingBitrix24 and Zoho
- CRM setup, workflows, pipelines, fields, and automations
- Data migration, mapping, cleanup, and validation
- CRM integrations and APIs
- User roles, permissions, and troubleshooting
- Training, documentation, and ongoing CRM optimization
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience withBitrix24 and Zoho
- Strong CRM implementation and data migration skills
- Understanding of sales pipelines and workflow automation
- Experience withAPIs and third-party integrations
- Experience with other CRMs such asPipedrive, GoHighLevel, or HubSpot is a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
