We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative in Al-Khor Qatar. As a representative of our company you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests throughout their cruise experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests upon their arrival on board the cruise ship
- Provide information on ship amenities, activities and excursions
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Make reservations for dining, entertainment and other onboard experiences
- Assist with embarkation and disembarkation procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluent in English; Nepali proficiency is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
Salary: The salary for this position is 1100$ per month
