Customer service cashier

Customer Service Cashier We are hiring a Customer Service Cashier to join our team at a retail store in Doha, Qatar. As a cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
Process cash and credit card payments accurately
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
Handle product returns and exchanges in a professional manner
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient store operations
Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred
Excellent math skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
Compensation This position offers a salary of 1300$ per month, along with benefits such as accommodation, visa sponsorship (for non-Qataris), and opportunities for career growth within the company.
