Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily VIP user relationships to enhance user activity and retention. Develop tiered operational strategies based on user segmentation to drive high-value user conversion. Handle VIP user feedback and complaints, coordinating internal resources for timely resolution. Collaborate with the team on the planning and execution of user engagement campaigns and events.Qualifications:
-Fluency in English (working language).
-Prior experience in user operations or VIP operations is preferred.
