Customs & Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented Customs & Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in managing customs documentation and compliance processes while ensuring excellent service delivery by managing customer inquiries processing orders and supporting our internal teams. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare review and ensure compliance of all customs documentation for shipments (including declarations certificates of origin)
• Coordinate with customs brokers freight forwarders and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth customs clearance
• Coordinate with the shipper and freight forwarders to obtain required documents
• Manage customer communications via phone and email with professionalism and empathy 
• Process orders promptly and accurately providing regular updates to customers 
• Identify potential sales leads and coordinate with the external Sales team
• Contact suppliers to confirm stock and pricing ensuring transparency with clients
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and politely 
• Use technical documentation (e.g. exploded views) to identify part numbers and collaborate with the Technical team when needed 

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or degree in Economics or similar field
• Experience in customer service or sales specifically in the GCC region 
• Expertise in export processes particularly from UAE free zones to the GCC region
• Strong customer-oriented thinking and approach
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
• High level of initiative team player and able to work independently
• Well - organized with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage
