About Position:

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Security Architect with deep expertise in Identity && Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Non-Human Identities (NHI), and Machine Identity Security. This role is critical in leading the assessment, design, and governance of security architecture for AI Agents and NHI. The successful candidate will define enterprise-wide identity control frameworks to enable the secure adoption of Agentic AI and autonomous systems.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design and implementation of security architecture for AI Agents and Non-Human Identities. Assess current security frameworks and identify areas for improvement in IAM, PAM, and NHI.
• Define and govern enterprise-wide identity control frameworks to ensure secure access and management of identities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the development and deployment of Agentic AI systems. Establish best practices and standards for identity and access management across the organization.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies related to identity security. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in security architecture and AI.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Proven experience with Sailpoint IdentityIQ as a core IAM solution.
• Deep understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Expertise in Non-Human Identities (NHI) and Machine Identity Security.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and governance practices.
• Experience in designing security architectures for AI and autonomous systems.
• Familiarity with cloud security practices and technologies.
• Experience with regulatory compliance related to identity and access management.
• Knowledge of emerging trends in AI security and risk management.
• Certifications in security architecture (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent).
• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
