Position Overview

GMG is seeking a Dark Store Picker and Packer to support daily order fulfilment, inventory handling, and warehouse operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves receiving incoming goods, organizing inventory, picking and packing customer orders, replenishing shelves, and preparing completed orders for delivery. The successful candidate will use handheld or radio-frequency (RF) scanners to process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities also include checking product quality, identifying damaged or expired stock, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe dark store environment. The position requires handling products stored in ambient areas, chilled storage facilities, and walk-in freezers, depending on operational requirements. Working as part of the dark store operations team, the Picker and Packer will help maintain product availability, order accuracy, and timely handover of customer orders to delivery riders.

Key Responsibilities

Goods Receiving and Storage

• Receive incoming goods and verify their condition.
• Check delivered products before placing them into storage.
• Store received goods in the correct designated locations.

Order Picking and Packing
