Collects, processes, and analyzes data to help the organization make informed business decisions. Translates raw data into actionable insights through reporting, visualization, and statistical analysis.
Requirements
- Responsibilities
- Gather and clean data from multiple internal and external sources
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Build dashboards and reports for stakeholders using BI tools
- Perform statistical analysis to support business decisions
- Collaborate with departments to understand data needs and deliver solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Maintain documentation of data processes and definitions
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel; familiarity with Python or R is a plus
- Experience with BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear, concise way
- Attention to detail and strong data quality standards
- Familiarity with data privacy and governance practices
