Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input maintain and update data across multiple systems and platforms including QuickSight dashboards SharePoint and Excel trackers
  
• Own and maintain compliance data reporting including Page 0 regional data and GOLD Mine dashboard metrics
  
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies between systems
  
• Analyze datasets to identify trends patterns and actionable insights for stakeholders
  
• Prepare clear reports dashboards and visualizations and define and monitor KPIs aligned with team objectives
  
• Support evidence-based decision-making through timely and accurate reporting
  
• Manage end-to-end participant enrollment and tracking for leadership development programs such as SLII LEW AD1 and Accelerate using systems such as iCIMS
  
• Effectively utilize and manage data tools and platforms including Excel SharePoint QuickSight iCIMS or equivalent systems
  
• Support the development and optimization of data workflows and operational processes
  

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration Data Science Human Resources Information Technology or a related field
  
• Proven experience in data entry data management and reporting
  
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  
• Experience managing program enrollments scheduling or event coordination
  
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with excellent attention to detail
  
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  

Desirable:

• Experience with data visualization tools such as QuickSight Power BI or Tableau
  
• Knowledge of HRIS or learning management systems such as iCIMS or Cornerstone
  
• Experience with process automation or workflow optimization using tools such as VBA Python or SQL
  
• Prior experience in corporate Learning & Development (L&D) HR or operations environment
  
• Familiarity with SharePoint and cloud-based collaboration tools
