Job Description
- Collect, verify, and organize relevant datasets to support statistical research, analytical reporting, and organizational planning.
- Examine data and research findings to identify trends, patterns, and key insights that can support management decisions.
- Prepare statistical reports, sector development plans, action plans, and analytical documents aligned with organizational priorities and strategic objectives.
- Support cross-departmental projects by contributing to planning, implementation, progress monitoring, and evaluation activities.
- Draft official documents, including policy briefs, internal memos, statements, speeches, press materials, and other written communications as required.
- Monitor performance indicators and prepare statistical tables, progress summaries, and analytical updates to help management assess results.
- Present research findings and analytical outcomes to internal teams, senior management, and external stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
- Provide data-driven insights to support policy development, sector planning, and the evaluation of organizational initiatives.
Job Details Experience
- A Master's degree or equivalent higher education qualification in Statistics, Data Analysis, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Practical experience with statistical analysis methods, data management systems, and software used for research and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization, calculations, statistical tables, and analytical reporting.
- Experience with SPSS, R, or Python will be considered an additional advantage.
- Previous experience in a similar research or analytical role within the education sector, with an understanding of education policies, sector trends, and key challenges.
- Excellent attention to detail and a consistent commitment to accuracy when collecting, processing, analyzing, and presenting data.
