Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.
The Role
As a Data Science & AI Intern Customer Experience Insights you will support a strategic initiative to transform how Customer Experience (CX) data is consolidated analyzed and used across the GM Middle East network. You will work on integrating multiple siloed CX data sources and applying data science and AI techniques to generate insights recommended actions and improved visibility for field teams and dealers. This internship offers the opportunity to work on an end-to-end analytics project from understanding complex data landscapes to building AIenabled insight capabilities. You will collaborate with CX Digital and cross-functional partners contributing to a future-state analytics framework with real business impact.
