In this role, you will operate at the intersection of data governance and AI‑powered knowledge management within a large‑scale telecom environment. You will be responsible for curating, structuring, and governing enterprise data assets while enabling AI agents and LLM‑based tools to consume accurate, contextual, and policy‑compliant information. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will translate governance principles into machine‑readable rules and semantic models. Rather than traditional application development, this role focuses on configuring and orchestrating AI‑driven knowledge systems. Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Data Steward and governance analyst across multiple data domains
• Design, manage, and curate enterprise knowledge bases and metadata assets
• Implement and maintain data governance frameworks, including policies, classification, lineage, and metadata
• Encode governance rules into structured, machine‑readable logic for AI consumption
• Configure and curate LLM‑based AI agents and knowledge tools
• Ensure accurate business semantics through hands‑on data modelling
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data governance with telecom business requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Steward, Data Governance Analyst, or Metadata Specialist
• Strong background in data governance frameworks (policies, classification, lineage, metadata)
• Hands‑on experience with data modelling and business semantics
• Ability to formalize and encode governance rules into structured logic
• Comfort working as a knowledge engineer configuring AI tools rather than developing software
• Telecom domain experience (mandatory)
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Familiarity with knowledge base design and enterprise data catalogs
• Experience configuring or curating LLM‑based AI agents
