Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all calls, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM (Zoho CRM).
Follow structured call scripts and objection-handling techniques while adapting tone for different prospect personas across industries and geographies.
Achieve daily/weekly targets for call volume, connect rate, and qualified leads generated.
Schedule discovery calls/demos for the Business Development team with qualified prospects.
Conduct basic research on leads/companies before calling to personalize outreach.
Follow up consistently with warm leads via calls, email, and Linked In/Whats App to keep them engaged in the pipeline.
Collaborate with the marketing team to give feedback on lead quality and messaging effectiveness.
Report daily/weekly performance metrics to the reporting manager.
