Demi Chef de Partie – Pizza Chef

We invite you to join our dynamic culinary team in Istanbul Turkey as a Demi Chef de this role you will support our experienced chefs in delivering exceptional cuisine while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and kitchen excellence. You will work collaboratively within a fast-paced kitchen environment contributing to smooth operations and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. • Assist in the preparation cooking and presentation of dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards
• Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and service requirements
• Prepare ingredients sauces garnishes and mise en place for service efficiently and accurately
• Ensure food quality consistency and portion control standards are maintained at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations kitchen equipment and storage areas
• Follow all food safety hygiene and HACCP standards and procedures with meticulous attention
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and actively work to minimize food wastage
• Ensure proper storage labeling and handling of all food products according to established protocols
• Support the team during busy service periods while maintaining focus on detail and operational efficiency
• Maintain strong knowledge of culinary techniques ingredients and cooking methods relevant to our menu
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations and exceptional guest dining experiences
• Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance culinary skills and operational knowledge
• Demonstrate professionalism teamwork and a positive attitude in all interactions with colleagues and leadership
• Adapt quickly to menu changes and special requests while maintaining quality standards

**Required Experience:**

• Minimum 12 years of experience in a similar role within a hospitality kitchen environment
• Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced kitchen operations
• Experience with food preparation and cooking in a professional setting

**Education & Certifications:**

• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field (preferred)
• Food safety and hygiene certification (preferred)

**Domain Expertise:**

• Knowledge of culinary techniques and cooking methods
• Understanding of ingredient properties and applications
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and workflow management
• Knowledge of Turkish or Mediterranean cuisine is an advantage

**Languages:**

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
