This is a senior technical leadership role that provides critical support to the Head of Technical Networks across wastewater networks and pumping stations. The role plays a key part in strengthening technical capability operational resilience and continuity within the network function.
By providing depth of expertise and leadership coverage the position reduces single-point dependency and supports effective succession planning. It ensures the organisation is well positioned to manage a growing and increasingly complex portfolio maintaining safe reliable and efficient network performance as scale and operational demands continue to increase.
What Youll Drive
Support leadership planning and delivery of wastewater network and pumping station infrastructure.
Lead major capital and infrastructure projects across the full lifecycle:
Provide senior technical oversight across:
Ensure compliance with statutory safety environmental and regulatory requirements.
Integrate operational maintenance and long-term asset performance considerations into project delivery.
Manage and coordinate contractors consultants and suppliers.
Act as senior technical interface with:
Contribute to governance quality assurance risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support operational integration and asset handover processes.
