Design Technology Teacher required for international school to start August 2026 in Sharjah, UAE.

You will be teaching Design Technology at secondary level using the Australian curriculum.

Plan and deliver engaging lessons.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and enjoyment with a strong focus on student well‑being.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to ensure student success.

Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community, demonstrating cultural sensitivity.

Bachelor's / postgraduate studies in education / relevant teaching subject.
Valid teaching licence / current teaching registration preferably from Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, UK, US or Canada (e.g. VIT, QTS).
Minimum 2 years of post‑qualification teaching experience at relevant age range.
Experience with the Australian curriculum is advantageous but not essential.
Previous international teaching experience, particularly within the Middle East context, would be an advantage.
