Model and render detailed photo-realistic 3 D visuals that align with client requirements and project goals. Collaborate with the Creative Director and 3 D team to brainstorm, refine, and enhance designs. Develop and maintain a library of 3 D assets including venues, stages, and other essential elements. Create initial sketches and concepts based on creative briefs contributing to the overall design process. Continuously improve the aesthetic quality of renders to support the creative vision. Provide accurate 3 D plans and models to scale, including detailed measurements and specifications. Actively participate in team meetings offering ideas and feedback for improved project outcomes. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, 3 D Design, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in 3 D design, focusing on modeling and rendering. Strong creativity and a proactive approach to generating innovative design solutions. Proficiency in 3 D rendering and modeling software such as 3 DS Max, Blender, Sketch Up, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, and Adobe Suite. Expertise in 3 D modeling, texturing, and rendering techniques with a strong attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team and perform effectively under tight deadlines. Must have a valid QID and NOC. Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
