Job Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ nutritional needs, diet restrictions, and current health condition
- Develop and implement nutrition care plans for individuals and groups according to their specific needs
- Educate patients on healthy eating habits, menu planning, portion size control, and food safety guidelines
- Monitor patient progress towards identified goals to assess effectiveness of nutrition plan
- Provide advice on eating habits and dietary changes necessary for disease prevention or management
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or related field required
- 3+ years of experience as a Dietitian preferred
- Knowledge of nutritional science principles, dietary regulations, cultural food preferences, food preparation techniques etc.
