We are a leading healthcare provider in Al-Khor, seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Dietitian - Nutrition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert nutrition advice and support to our patients, as well as developing and implementing personalized diet plans based on their specific needs. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Nutrition or Dietetics and previous experience working in a clinical or hospital setting. As a Dietitian - Nutrition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting healthy eating habits and improving the overall well-being of our patients. Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting nutritional assessments and developing individualized diet plans for patients based on their medical history, lifestyle, and dietary preferences
• Providing education and counseling on healthy eating habits, portion control, food choices, and meal planning
• Monitoring patients' progress and making necessary adjustments to their diet plans as needed
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for patients
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition to provide evidence-based recommendations
• Maintaining accurate records of patient consultations and following ethical guidelines for confidentiality
• Participating in outreach programs or workshops to promote healthy eating habits within the community

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Dietitian in a clinical or hospital setting
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in simple terms
• Strong knowledge of nutritional principles, dietary guidelines, and health conditions related to nutrition
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate attitude towards patients with diverse backgrounds and needs
• Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
