About the Role:

Republic Media Network is looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Ad Sales professional to lead revenue growth across its digital advertising portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CTV, Display, Video, Programmatic, Social Media, YouTube, OTT and other digital advertising solutions , along with established relationships across agencies and advertisers.

The role will involve developing digital revenue strategies, driving new business, managing key client relationships, and creating integrated digital solutions aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive digital advertising revenue across Republic Media Network's digital platforms.
• Lead sales for CTV, Display, Video, Programmatic, Social Media, YouTube, OTT and other digital advertising formats .
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media agencies, agency trading teams and key decision-makers .
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing client portfolio.
• Drive revenue through both direct advertisers and agency partnerships .
• Create customized digital advertising solutions based on client objectives, audience and campaign requirements.
• Work closely with Brand Solutions, Content, Marketing, Product and Editorial teams to develop integrated offerings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, digital advertising innovations and changing client requirements.
• Prepare and present media plans, proposals, pitches and performance-led solutions to clients and agencies.
• Negotiate commercials, close deals and ensure healthy revenue realization.
• Manage key accounts and ensure strong client retention and repeat business.
• Track sales performance, pipeline, forecasts and revenue achievement.
• Mentor and guide team members while driving a high-performance sales culture.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem .
• Hands-on experience in CTV, Display, Video, Programmatic, OTT, YouTube and Social Media advertising .
• Strong agency and advertiser relationships.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent negotiation, pitching and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of digital media monetization.
• Ability to develop strategic partnerships and generate new business.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Data-driven approach to sales planning and performance tracking.\

Candidate Profile

• 12+ years of experience in Digital Advertising / Digital Media Sales.
• Candidates from Digital Media, Broadcast, News, OTT, Media Agencies or Ad-Tech backgrounds will be preferred.
• Strong exposure to CTV, Display, Video and multi-format digital advertising is essential.
• Proven experience in managing large agencies, advertisers and key accounts.
• Experience in leading teams and driving digital revenue will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of the Indian digital advertising and media landscape.
• Should be commercially driven, target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced media environment.
