Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Digital Marketing Specialist – SEO & Organic Marketing. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing organic digital marketing campaigns across search engines and online channels to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads. Daily responsibilities include keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, content optimization, link-building coordination, and monitoring organic performance using web analytics tools. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align organic strategies with overall marketing and business goals, manage organic social media presence, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights. The role also requires staying current with SEO best practices, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging trends in digital and content marketing.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience in planning and executing organic campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing to manage and grow organic presence across relevant platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to track, measure, and optimize SEO and organic performance.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for effective collaboration, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO fundamentals, and link-building.
• Experience with common SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar platforms).
• 1–3 years of experience in SEO and organic digital marketing, preferably within financial services or a related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and deliver results within deadlines.
• Grow social media presence organically, building community engagement and loyalty.
• Ensure all content reflects Credon Capital’s brand voice, values, and guidelines.
