Role Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to promote Zukhrof’s real estate and contracting services. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, coordinating online advertising campaigns, and supporting brand awareness initiatives. The specialist will monitor and analyze web and campaign performance data, prepare reports, and make recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation. Collaboration with sales, leasing, and management teams is expected to ensure digital activities align with business goals and reflect a consistent, customer-focused brand image.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing to plan and execute integrated campaigns across relevant channels.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing to manage platforms, generate content, and engage with audiences in line with brand guidelines.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns and user journeys.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and create clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences.
• Relevant experience in real estate, construction, or professional services marketing is beneficial.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Doha, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
