Digital Marketing Executive

• Manage and maintain the company’s digital marketing activities across all online platforms.
• Prepare and publish daily WhatsApp Status posts featuring company services, products, projects, offers, achievements, and relevant updates.
• Create and publish occasion-based WhatsApp Status posts for national days, festivals, public holidays, company events, and other relevant occasions.
• Plan and manage weekly/monthly social media posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Plan, create, edit, and publish weekly/monthly social media videos, including reels, short videos, service highlights, project updates, and promotional content.
• Prepare and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional, informational, and customer-engagement campaigns.
• Prepare and distribute WhatsApp marketing campaign messages to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform SEO activities to improve the company website’s search engine visibility, rankings, traffic, and online presence.
• Design posters, social media creatives, promotional materials, banners, and other digital marketing content as required.
• Plan, execute, and monitor online advertising and digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, leads, website traffic, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the website developers / IT team for timely website updates, content changes, new requirements, maintenance, troubleshooting, and necessary website upgrades.
• Ensure website content, service information, product information, contact details, and other digital information are updated and accurate.
• Maintain a monthly digital marketing content calendar and ensure planned activities are completed on schedule.
• Research current digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to improve the company’s online presence.
• Maintain proper records of marketing campaigns, creatives, content, customer databases, and digital marketing activities.
• Support the management and sales team with digital marketing materials and campaigns for business development and lead generation.
• Perform any other digital marketing activities assigned by the management.
