Job Title: Legal Director(Corporate)

Job Purpose
Providing legal support to the business on all corporate and commercial legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support and strategic advice to the business across corporate and commercialmatters, including advising senior management on key and legacy matters.
- Lead the drafting, review and negotiation of corporate and commercial agreements on a day-to-day basis, including MOUs, transactional documents and business contracts.
- Manage and oversee the businessintellectual property portfolio.
- Identify, assess and mitigate legal risks, ensuring material risks are appropriately addressed andescalated to the business and Head of Legal.
- Advise the business on corporate structures, governance and other corporate activities.
- Manage and coordinate with external counsel and counter-parties where required, specifically forany international projects.
Qualifications, Experiences, Skills
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales and/or other relevant jurisdiction.
- Thorough knowledge of corporate laws and practices in Dubai.
Minimum Experience
- 10 years of post-qualification experience
