Job Description Key Responsibilities: * Partner closely with Controllers analyze and report upon job profitability and drivers. * Support standardization and optimization of financial processes across entities. * Prepare and present variance analysis with explanations of drivers and actionable recommendations. * Lead the company's forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes. * Develop robust financial models to support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and business cases. * Analyze financial and operational trends to identify performance risks, improvement opportunities, and cost drivers. * Deliver timely reporting and executive-level insights that support strategic and operational decisions. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred. * 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with demonstrated FP&A leadership. * Strong financial modeling skills (required). * Background in job costing, WIP, and project-based financial reporting
