The Director of Government Affairs will play a leading role in shaping advocacy strategies and influencing policy outcomes that impact the future of digital platforms and AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of state legislation and support federal initiatives impacting artificial intelligence, data privacy, online safety and emerging technology policy
• Translate complex technical and policy issues into compelling narratives for policymakers and internal leaders.
• Partner closely with legal, policy, communications, product, and trust & safety teams to align advocacy and compliance strategies.

Ideal Background

We are seeking candidates who bring:

• 10+ years of experience in government affairs
• Experience within technology, digital platforms, AI, internet policy, cybersecurity, privacy, or other regulated industries.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to brief senior executives on complex policy developments.
• Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate sensitive and high-profile issues.
