ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Fempower Personnel is recruiting an experienced Director of Nursing – IVF for a senior nursing leadership opportunity within an established healthcare environment in the UAE.

This is a highly specialised opportunity for an accomplished nursing leader with significant IVF clinical and nursing management experience , capable of providing strategic and operational leadership across nursing and allied health services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving clinical quality, operational effectiveness, patient safety, regulatory compliance, workforce planning and the continued development of high-performing nursing teams. The formal role profile includes responsibility for nursing and allied health services across three regions.

The role will be primarily based in Abu Dhabi , with flexibility to travel between locations as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Minimum 5 years' clinical experience in IVF.

At least 5 years' nursing management experience at Unit Manager or Deputy Nursing Director level within an IVF Centre .

Licensed, or eligible for licensing, as a Registered Nurse with the relevant UAE Healthcare Authority .

Strong functional knowledge of IVF nursing and allied health services .

Demonstrated nursing leadership capability within a specialised clinical environment.

Strong understanding of clinical quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance and workforce management.

Fluency in written and spoken English.

Advantageous

Master's degree and/or specialised postgraduate qualification in Nursing, Healthcare Management, IVF or a related field .
