The Right Person
We are looking for an operator. Someone who doesn't manage restaurants from a spreadsheet.
You want to be in the field. You know your General Managers, understand what is happening inside your restaurants and aren't afraid to jump in when something isn't working.
You understand the P&L, but you also understand the people behind those numbers.
You develop leaders, create accountability and know how to get multiple restaurants consistently executing at a high level.
Most importantly, you take ownership of your market. When the restaurants win, you know why. When they don't, you don't make excuses. You figure out what needs to change and lead the team to fix it.
