Director – strategic partnerships & alliances

We are looking for a Director – Strategic Partnerships & Alliances to build and scale a partner ecosystem that expands market access, strengthens our go-to-market capabilities, and creates measurable business growth.

This is not a relationship-management role.

We are looking for someone who can identify the right partners, build executive relationships, create compelling joint propositions and repeatable GTM motions, and convert those relationships into partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, opportunities, and revenue.

Based in Hyderabad and reporting to the CMO, you will work closely with Sales leadership, Marketing, Innovation, business and practice teams, and senior executives. You will also engage directly with partner leaders in India and the U. S., with periodic U. S. travel to build executive relationships, advance joint opportunities, and host partner-facing engagements and events.

What You Will Own

Define and execute Quali Zeal's partnerships and alliances strategy aligned to company growth priorities. Identify and develop high-value relationships across hyperscalers, enterprise technology and Saa S platforms, AI ecosystems, consulting organizations, channel partners, and other strategic partners. Build a focused partner portfolio based on strategic fit, market access, solution adjacency, and revenue potential. Create repeatable joint GTM motions—including co-selling, referrals, account mapping, joint solutions, campaigns, workshops, events, and industry-specific sales plays. Work directly with Sales leadership to identify target accounts, whitespace opportunities, and partner-led routes to market. Build and manage a measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, with clear visibility into opportunity progression, conversion, and revenue impact. Turn partner relationships into qualified introductions, executive access, joint pursuits, proposals, and closed business. Build trusted relationships with partner CXOs, alliance leaders, sales leaders, and other senior stakeholders. Work with Quali Zeal's AI, Quality Engineering, Innovation, Sales, and Marketing teams to shape joint offerings, value propositions, and market-facing programs. Establish joint business plans, governance, QBRs, KPIs, dashboards, and ROI measures for priority alliances. Scale partnerships that perform—and rethink those that do not.

What Success Looks Like

A high-value partner ecosystem aligned to Quali Zeal's growth agenda. Repeatable partner-led GTM motions across priority alliances. Consistent growth in partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. Strong executive relationships that create access to new accounts, opportunities, and markets. Clear, measurable contribution from partnerships to pipeline, revenue, and strategic growth.

What We Are Looking For

14+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, channels, business development, ecosystem development, or partner-led sales. Preferably 8+ years of relevant partnerships/alliance experience in IT services, digital engineering, Quality Engineering, enterprise technology, cloud, Saa S, AI, or adjacent sectors. A proven track record of building partnerships that generated measurable pipeline and revenue—not simply managing partner relationships. Demonstrated experience creating and executing joint GTM strategies, co-selling motions, account mapping, partner sales plays, and joint business plans. Strong understanding of enterprise technology buying cycles and the North American technology-services market. Existing relationships across relevant technology and enterprise ecosystems will be a strong advantage. Ability to engage credibly with CXOs, alliance executives, sales leaders, and senior stakeholders. Strong commercial judgment, executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to operate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Technology, Innovation, Delivery, and executive leadership. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred. An active U. S. visa enabling business travel is required. Willingness to travel within India and periodically to the United States.
