District Manager - Quick Service Restaurant

Job description

We are seeking an experienced District Manager / Multi-Unit Manager to oversee four high-volume QSR restaurants throughout the Raleigh-Durham market . This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a proven multi-unit operator who can drive operational excellence, improve profitability, develop General Managers, and build strong teams across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QSR or fast-casual restaurant operations , with proven success managing multiple units simultaneously. Wingstop or comparable QSR experience is preferred. This leader should be comfortable working in the field, traveling between locations, analyzing business performance, and developing GMs and restaurant leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across 4 QSR locations
• Drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance
• Own and analyze P&L, labor, food costs, and key financial metrics
• Coach, develop, and hold General Managers accountable for results
• Build strong leadership benches and succession plans across the market
• Conduct regular restaurant visits and provide hands-on operational support
• Identify performance gaps and develop actionable improvement plans
• Ensure consistent execution of company standards across all locations
• Support staffing, recruiting, retention, and leadership development
• Monitor guest service, food quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational compliance
• Partner with GMs to improve labor efficiency and profitability
• Lead by example during peak-volume periods and operational challenges
• Communicate business results, opportunities, and action plans to senior leadership
• Travel regularly between the four Raleigh-Durham-area locations

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience preferred
• Proven success overseeing 3+ restaurant locations
• Strong QSR or fast-casual leadership background
• Wingstop experience preferred , but comparable high-volume QSR experience will be considered
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and strong financial acumen
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain General Managers
• Strong track record of improving sales, profitability, labor, and operational performance
• Hands-on leadership style with strong field presence
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Highly accountable, results-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Must be local to the Raleigh-Durham/Triangle market
• Must be able to travel regularly between four locations
