Division Head - Fragrance

Division Head Fragrance responsible for leading the commercial strategy and P&L of the fragrance division across GCC, India, and Europe. The role drives both organic and inorganic growth, architecting market expansion and partnerships while energising teams. Reports to the Commercial Director.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will:

• Own the commercial strategy and P&L for the Fragrance division across GCC, India, and Europe, and set its long-term vision and investment priorities.
• Architect the organic growth agenda with market entry and expansion, portfolio direction, channel strategy, and pricing tailored to the distinct dynamics of each region.
• Design the inorganic growth agenda by identifying, evaluating, and structuring strategic partnerships that expand the division's scale and capability.
• Build the regional operating model and go-to-market structures that let each geography perform while pulling toward one divisional strategy.
• Forge senior relationships with partners, key accounts, and prospective targets on which both organic and inorganic growth depend.
• Partner with Brand, Product, and Supply to ensure the division's commercial ambition is matched by what it can create and deliver.
• Drive commercial momentum and revenue acceleration across all three regions, holding the division to ambitious, accountable targets.
• Energise and mobilise regional teams around a shared vision, unlocking their pace, ownership, and belief.
• Accelerate the deal cycle by turning opportunities into completed transactions and, crucially, into integrated value rather than stalled ambition.
• Champion the Fragrance division in the market, opening doors, building presence, and making the business a partner of choice across GCC, India, and Europe.
• Spark cross-regional collaboration and knowledge-sharing, so a win in one market becomes an advantage in the next.
• Ignite an intrapreneurial, high-performance culture within the division one that moves quickly, learns fast, and celebrates results.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with:

• 12+ years of progressive commercial leadership, including significant P&L ownership at regional or divisional scale.
• A substantial track record within fragrance, beauty, personal care, FMCG, or the ingredients and flavours-and-fragrances sector.
• Demonstrable success driving organic growth across revenue, margin, market share, and portfolio expansion across multiple markets.
• Proven inorganic-growth experience with leading or playing a central role in strategic partnerships from origination through integration.
• Direct commercial experience across the GCC, India, and Europe, or strongly comparable developed and high-growth markets.
• A record of building, leading, and developing large, multi-country commercial teams.
• Commercial strategy and full P&L leadership, with the judgement to balance growth, margin, and investment.
• Strong corporate-development fluency in deal origination, evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and post-merger integration.
• Deep understanding of the fragrance market wrt categories, channels, and the commercial dynamics that differ across regions.
• Cross-cultural leadership and the ability to build trust and drive performance across GCC, India, and European teams and partners.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, from distributor to boardroom.
• Executive presence and communication, with the credibility to represent the division at board and market level.
