Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to support our Estimation Department . The candidate must have strong experience in the construction/infrastructure/contracting industry and be familiar with tendering and estimation activities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations technical/commercial submittals prequalification documents and tender requirements.
Maintain and update tender logs BOQs pricing sheets trackers and document registers .
Organize and manage tender documents addendums NTTS clarifications and related correspondence .
Follow up with procurement project teams suppliers subcontractors and internal departments regarding pending requirements.
Manage departmental emails filing systems document control and records .
Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Estimation/Tendering team .
Ensure documents and information are properly organized and available within required deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience supporting an Estimation Tendering Procurement or Project team is mandatory .
Good understanding of construction tendering processes BOQs quotations submittals addendums and tender documentation .
Proficiency in MS Excel Word Outlook and PDF/document management systems .
Strong communication coordination follow-up and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Business Administration Secretarial Studies or a related field.
4 years of relevant experience in a construction infrastructure contracting or engineering company .
