Job Overview:
The Duty Engineer supports the hotel's daily engineering and maintenance operations, helping ensure equipment and facilities operate safely and efficiently while maintaining guest comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily hotel engineering and maintenance operations.
- Respond promptly to technical issues and maintenance requests.
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment faults and operational problems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance checks.
- Help maintain hotel facilities and engineering systems in safe working condition.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with relevant hotel departments.
- Follow hotel safety procedures and engineering standards.
- Report technical issues and maintenance requirements to the engineering management team.
- Support efficient and reliable hotel operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of hotel maintenance operations and engineering systems.
- Ability to respond efficiently to technical requirements.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
