Job Overview

An opportunity is available for an experienced E-Commerce Specialist - Payment Gateway Operations in Qatar. The employer is seeking a professional with hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, digital payments, or fintech, particularly in payment gateway management and transaction processing.

The successful candidate will work with CyberSource and Mastercard Payment Gateway Services (MPGS), managing payment operations and supporting transaction lifecycles, including authorisations, captures, settlements, refunds, and reversals.

The role also involves payment gateway integration, troubleshooting, API management, secure payment handling, and merchant support. Candidates with experience in high-volume e-commerce environments, banking, acquiring, or payment service providers will have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce operations and digital payment processing.
• Work with CyberSource and Mastercard Payment Gateway Services (MPGS).
• Handle payment authorisation, capture, settlement, refunds, and reversals.
• Support payment gateway integration and troubleshooting.
• Work with payment APIs, checkout flows, and transaction logs.
• Support secure payment processing and PCI DSS compliance requirements.
• Work with tokenisation, 3D Secure, and recurring payment solutions.
• Provide merchant support and resolve payment-related incidents.
• Monitor payment issues and coordinate their resolution.
• Support payment security and fraud monitoring activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant hands-on experience in e-commerce, digital payments, or fintech.
• Strong practical knowledge of CyberSource and Mastercard Payment Gateway Services (MPGS).
• Experience with e-commerce operations and digital payment processing.
• Understanding of authorisation, capture, settlement, refunds, and reversals.
• Experience in payment gateway integration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of payment APIs, checkout flows, and transaction logs.
• Working knowledge of PHP, Java, and .NET.
• Understanding of PCI DSS and secure payment handling.
• Knowledge of tokenisation, 3D Secure, and recurring payments.
• Experience in merchant support and payment incident resolution.

Preferred Skills

• REST APIs, JSON, and Webhooks.
• Fraud monitoring and payment security.
• Banking, acquiring, or payment service provider experience.
• Experience working in high-volume e-commerce environments.
