Role Summary/Purpose:

The Early Career Program is 24-month program that offers an incredible opportunity to challenge yourself and gain valuable work experience. A long-term Internship at GE Aerospace is demanding but equally rewarding and will give you the tools you need to accelerate your career. As an Early Career Trainee (ECT) at GE Aerospace you will gain hands-on experience across the most important elements of Aviation Operations including Engineering Maintenance and Repair Operations Sales and Marketing Customer Support.

Responsibilities:

As an ECT Trainee at GE Aerospace you will be assigned to support projects across the different functions on a rotational basis. As the traineeship progresses you will be expected to accept greater responsibilities until you are able to assume a lead role in a specific customer engagement later in the program to be chosen based on business priorities at the time.
