We are in search of a talented and passionate Egyptian Chef to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As an experienced Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic Egyptian dishes that will delight our customers. Your creativity, attention to detail, and knowledge of Egyptian cuisine will play a crucial role in the success of our restaurant. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic and high-quality Egyptian dishes according to recipes and standards Ensure all ingredients are fresh and stored properly Oversee kitchen operations and maintain food safety standards Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures Create new menu items that showcase your culinary skills and reflect the flavors of Egypt Work closely with management to manage food costs and inventory levels Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times Requirements:
Proven experience as an Egyptian Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment In-depth knowledge of Egyptian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques Ability to create unique menu items while maintaining traditional flavors Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience) Location: Al-Rayyan (must have legal authorization to work in Qatar) If you have a passion for Egyptian cuisine, are creative in the kitchen, and have strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you!
