Position Description:
This position reports directly to the Vice President of EHS and provides daily support for Safety Management System (SMS) applications and related processes. Responsibilities include independently maintaining third-party contractor vetting platforms, managing electronic EHS programs and document control systems, and coordinating revisions and updates to EHS documentation.
The role requires working with limited supervision to support key EHS functions, including safety metrics and trend analysis, training and incident record management, data entry, and proposal/RFP support activities. The position will collaborate closely with multiple service lines across a matrixed organization, serving as a trusted partner to promote a strong safety culture and support the effective execution of EHS initiatives in day-to-day operations.

The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The position may involve exposure to noise, fumes, gases, electrical energy, and adverse weather conditions. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
