Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a Construction and MEP project team in Qatar. The position is suitable for engineering professionals with a strong background in electrical systems, site execution, project coordination, and construction-related activities.

Candidates must be currently based in Qatar, with a valid UPDA Grade B or C certification and a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate electrical engineering activities across construction and MEP projects.
• Support site execution and supervision of electrical works.
• Coordinate electrical works with construction, MEP, and other project teams.
• Review electrical systems and ensure work is executed according to project specifications.
• Monitor site activities and provide technical guidance where required.
• Identify and resolve electrical engineering and site coordination issues.
• Maintain compliance with applicable project standards and requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Support project documentation, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering .
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Electrical Engineering experience .
• Strong experience in Construction and MEP projects .
• Valid UPDA Grade B or C certification is mandatory .
• Good knowledge of electrical systems and site execution.
• Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Candidates must be currently based in Qatar .
• Immediate availability is preferred.
